1. Team Leader:

• The candidate should have overall 5+ years of experience in a BPO. 

• Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in an International collection or sales domain.
• Identify areas of concern and underperformance and take corrective measures
• Responsible for development of team members- team motivation, up-skilling- career development.
• Ensure quality reporting and work with the Operation Manager to build a highly effective measurement and reward system based on data
• Should be able to effectively communicate with clients and customers.
• Assist in scheduling agents and time management
• Allocate work and prioritize.
• Forward non-resolvable issues to the Operations Manager
• The candidate should be able to manage shrinkage and attrition of team.
• Team member performance management and identification of training opportunities

Key skills & knowledge:

·        Team development.

·     Good excel skills

·     Ability to manage Team Performance

·     Ability to impart effective feedback

·      Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

Educational Qualification:

•      Undergraduates with mentioned experience can apply for the job but Graduation -         is preferred.

2. Process Trainer :

• The candidate must have prior experience as a trainer for at least 1 year in the collection or sales domain in an international process.
• The primary role is to onboard and train the new hire advisors. This includes 3 weeks of training with 70% time should spend on mock calls and feedback sessions with new hire trainees.
• The candidate should be able to prepare training materials such as handouts and outlines.
• Candidate should possess exceptional presentation quality which includes presenting through a variety of instructional techniques and formats like role-playing, team exercises, group discussion,s, and lectures
• Develop training procedure manuals, training content, guides, and materials
• The candidate should be able to coordinate with other departments such as operations, and quality to provide guidance to the new hire trainees and what is required for the role
• Should be able to involve in hiring the right talent by assessing communication skills, accent, and soft skill areas

3. Subject Matter Expert:

·        Provide support for customer-related queries in order to provide exceptional CSAT.

·        Enhancing the existing process to make them more efficient
