We are hiring for the DAIKIN voice process for Delhi Location
Below are the job details and criteria for job fulfillment
- The candidate must be from Delhi/NCR region.
- Need to handle the call and provide the right solutions to customers
- Bother freshers and experienced can apply for the job post
- Candidate must be intermediate passed out
- This is a general shift job of 9 Hrs with a shift window of 9AM -6 PM
- 6 days working and 1 day week off (rotational)
- Candidate must be willing to Work From Office
- Salary range: CTC is 15.6 K per month, wherein in-hand salary is 15000K, rest deduction for ESIC
- Training will be paid for initial 18 days as a stipend of 5K rs
- Job location is in Moti Nagar

- This is an international (voice /chat) inbound and outbounce process
- The candidate should be able to resolve customer queries on a priority
- Candidate must have CSAT approach
- Good hands-on computer and a typing speed should be min 25 wpm.
- Candidate must be flexible to do evening or night shifts
- The process is of 5 days working with 2 days rotational week offs
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills
- Training and nesting would be from the office
- The candidate should be ready to join the batch from 28 March
- Job location is in Moti Nagar (Delhi)
- Both side transport facility is available
- Salary up to 21k and 3K additional variables
- Freshers can apply for the inbound process but one should hold 6 months of international experience if applying for outbound
